I would like to take this time to thank everyone who attends the steak roast and apologize to all for any inconvience caused by the incorrect date for the March steak roast printed in the bullet. I did not catch an error on my club calendar until after it went to press. I will try not to overlook my calendar and avoid a mix-up in the future. I would also like to thank Butch & Jan Beauman and Johnnie & Martha Jones for their help at the February steak roast.

Please remember that the steak roast is every 3^rd Thursday of each month from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Beginning in June thru September we will run it from 6:00 – 9:00 pm. I appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you at the steak roasts.

Our golf outing will be held on Aug 25^th, 2007. It will be a 4 person best ball; one player must be a club member. The price will be $65.00 per person which includes a rib & chicken dinner after. The club will be having a pre-registration for hunter safety class on Sunday April 29^th from noon – 5:00 pm. You must Pre-Register! The class will be held on May 11^th from 6:00 – 9:00 pm and 12^{th - 9:00} am – 5:00 pm here at the club and you must attend both days to receive your certificate. We will be having a 30-3D shoot on May 13^th. This is mother’s day and all ladies shoot for free. Registration is from 9:30 am – 1:00 pm. For more info Contact Don Grodi at 269-2847.

Our third annual match will be held on Saturday May 19^th. Registration is at 11:00 and match begins at Noon. Progressively smaller targets will be shot at 100 yards. For more info see Rick Latray

This year’s tournament will coincide with Rendezvous Weekend. Any members interested in playing on the club’s team please contact Mark Palmer II, or bring your own team. This is a Mens one pitch tournament. A packet available at the club starting April 1st. Entry fee is $140.00 per team and due by June 7^th. If you know anybody who may be interested in entering a team contact Mark Palmer II at 734-915-5079.

We are looking for help with preparation of the ball field prior to the tournament, help with food preparation and service during the tournament, working the beer trailer and general help throughout the weekend. Thanks to everyone who helped last year. Hopefully this year’s tournament will be bigger and better so we need even more volunteers.

You don’t have to play to enjoy the tournament, spectators are welcome! So come on out and support your club. Watch the bulletin board at the club for further Rendezvous weekend events.
